When buying bedding at our shop you risk nothing. If a purchased product does not suit you, just send it to us within 14 days and we shall return you your money! Learn about details below.
return regulations
At Puchland you need not worry that your purchase will be a miss. You may return the product within 14 days without stating your reason for it and we shall return your money!
If you want to return a product, send it to the address of our company in its original packaging.
We guarantee to return you the amount equivalent to the price of the product you purchased. The money shall be returned within 5 working days by bank transfer into the account indicated by you.
2-year-guarantee
We are certain of the quality of our products! Within 2 years counting from the purchase date you may lodge a complaint of any product.
All goods included in the offer of Puchland are under the warranty of hidden defects. Complaints under this warranty shall be considered in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
Products are accompanied with a guarantee card that is signed and sealed by a shop assistant the moment a product is packed for dispatch. Detailed conditions are specified in a guarantee card.
If you want to lodge a complaint you should inform the shop of such intention by e-mail or by phone (see below: contact data) and deliver the product your complaint refers to the address specified in the contact at our website.
Within 14 days from such product being delivered to the shop you will receive a written reply to the complaint you lodged.
In case a complaint is acknowledged, a product shall be repaired or replaced with another one free from defects and redelivered at the expense of the shop assistant or guarantee service.
If repair or replacement of a product is not possible, the shop shall return the equivalent of product price or offer other products currently available at the shop.
